Econo Repairs also cannot guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items used in repairs. Econo Repairs also has no control over the fact that a seller will actually complete a transaction or fix an electronic device. In case of any additional damage to the device caused by a technician during the repair Econo Repairs will only refund the original transaction amount paid through Econo Repairs website. However, Econo Repairs will use its best possible efforts to persuade specialist or technician to repair the damage.

- Specialist tried but the device was not reparable. A diagnostic fee will apply.
- Specialist did the repair but used a defective part, you raised a dispute within 24 hours of the device pick up, and brought the device back to specialist to correct the problem.
- Money back guaranty only applies to the original amount paid through www.econorepairs.com and does not cover any additional amounts paid directly to the specialist.
- Money back also does not apply to additional amounts paid directly to the specialist for additional repair work or repair work on another device.
